Who would like WHAT THEY BURIED?
Contemporary mystery readers who like their stories gray – not gruesome and gratuitous, but also not bubbly and cozy. It will appeal to fans of shows like Wallander, Shetland, Endeavor, and Broadchurch, that are equal parts compelling character arcs and knotty mysteries, with ratcheting suspense and satisfying endings.
It compares to mystery series by Val McDermid, Tessa Wegert, Samantha Jayne Allen, and Alex Kenna. Like many mysteries it has its roots in the modern classics: Colin Dexter, Sue Grafton, and Henning Mankell.
